  1. This file requires VB 5.0 runtime files as listed below.
  2. If you are missing any of them you will need to download
  3. the files. The complete list can be downloaded from our
  4. site http://members.aol.com/Nebsforms/Vb5.zip

  6. After unzipping the file VB5.zip double click on the file
  7. Setup.exe.
  8. Than install this file by double clicking on the setup.exe
  9. in this file
  10.  
  11. If you attempt to reinstall you may get a message that 
  12. the setup program is about to replace existing file and
  13. that data may be lose! You may continue with the installation
  14. no data will be lost, The setup program will only be 
  15. replacing it's own files. No data will be lost.
